NO GRASS - NO GRAVEL
Deliveries can only be made on hard, even ground. We cannot pull over gravel, loose stones, cobbles or grass. We cannot pull pump trucks over very high kerbs
NO SLOPES - FLAT GROUND
We can only use a tail-lift on level ground, not slopes.
NO OBSTACLES
Our vehicles have a height of 3.5 - 4.0 metres, and are 2.55 metres wide. Please ensure there are no obstacles in place.
Delivery Information
It is imperative that you thoroughly review and comprehend our delivery policies before placing an order with us. Failure to adhere to these policies may result in additional charges for delivery and the return of the shipment due to inaccurate information.
Please note that all deliveries will be made to the kerbside only. This means that the delivery driver, at their discretion, will place the pallet in front of your property.
If you request the driver to move the pallet onto your property, please be aware that this will be entirely at your own risk. We will not assume any liability for any potential damages incurred in the process.
In the event that you are not available at the time of delivery, the pallet will be left at the kerbside, and it will then become your sole responsibility.
The pallets are normally about a 1.2m wide so this is the minimum width gate they can fit through.
Please note that the driver is not insured to unpack or carry the goods into your house.
Please note pallet deliveries are a 8am to 6pm service. An estimated time of arrival may be provided by Fuel4Seasons or our carrier in good faith. These ETA's are not 100% accurate as events can occur that can potentially impact these.
All of our deliveries are completed by haulage subcontractors.
Deliveries are contracted to kerbside only. Delivery onto the property is at the discretion of the driver/haulier on the day.
All of our delivery options do NOT include delivery to the property this will be to the discretion of the driver/haulier.
Your order will be lowered by tail lift and then delivered by pump truck to outside your property.
Returns & Exchange
At Fuel4Seasons, we take great pride in offering high quality products and delivering exceptional customer service. However, please be aware that any requests for exchanges or returns are dependant upon the product being returned in the same condition it was initially received.
Additionally, you will be responsible for covering the transportation costs associated with returning the product to us.
Given the size and nature of our products, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified. If you accidentally place an order or order the incorrect product, please reach out to us promptly for assistance.
